Step by Step Process

Your 7 steps to Make your Bubble App multilingual

1) Create your Weglot account

First step is to create an account on Weglot. This will be where you manage and edit all your translations.

You can create your Weglot account here.

You will receive a validation email. Check your email and validate your account.

2) Create your project

Give a new name to you project and then select “Bubble” as your website technology.

3) Add your new languages

Now that your account is ready, add your domain name (it can be app.bubbleapps.io), select the original language of your site and the language you want to translate your site into.

4) Add Weglot Plugin to your Bubble App

Go to your Bubble App > Plugins and search for Weglot > Click on install

5) Get your API Key from Weglot Dashboard

To get you API key from Weglot, you need to access your Weglot Dashboard : accessible here.

You should click on Settings>Setup> and you will be able to find your API key

6) Add you API Key to Weglot Bubble App

Now that you have your API Key, head back to your Bubble App > Plugins > Weglot.

You need to past your API Key on the field WEGLOT API KEY

7) Your Bubble App is now multilingual!

Once it’s done, you’ll be able to see the language switcher button at the bottom of your website. Feel free to test it and switch between languages. Weglot will automatically generate a first layer of automatic translation. You’ll then be able to edit and manage your translation from your Weglot dashboard accessible here.
